Golden Sun Movement presents ON

Influential graphic artists Luke Insect, Leo Zero and Dave Little will be exhibiting a collection of hypnotically-striking works in London from the end of April. They have their roots firmly seated in the psychedelic scenes of the 1960s as well as the musicians, clubs and brands for which they have produced work and ON will see a selection of the artists’ originals, back catalgue works and bespoke, site-specific creations inspired by the converted warehouse space of the Idea Generation gallery on display.

After celebrating 10 years of dance festivals in 2010, GlobalGathering returns this summer promising a new concept for the two-day event including a new layout and fresh promotors joining the fray. Parklife Weekender reveals full line-up

Manchester’s new festival has laid out its stall for 2011 as it expands to two days – and it’s one that will have even veteran revellers crowd round for a glimpse of the top acts. A rare appearance from reclusive hip hop star DOOM, mash-up favourites 2ManyDJs, experimentalist DJ Shadow, Mystery Jets and Adam Beyer are choice picks from a eclectic selection set to take over Platt Fields Park on Saturday June 11th and Sunday, June 12th. More names for Bestival 2011 including Pendulum, Venetian Snares and PJ Harvey

Robin Hill Country Park will once again come alive to the sounds of Bestival in September and line-up continues to grow, adding Pendulum to the Friday night main stage headline slot to partner The Cure at the top of the billing. Rob da Bank has suggested this year’s festival will feature the most “out there” selection of live acts and DJs: with PJ Harvey making her only UK festival appearance of the year at the three-day September event and a wide-variety of acts spread across 15 stages, it’s going to be a big year for Bestival.
