Armin Van Buuren will headline the 10th South West Four on Clapham Common. He will play the Saturday of the London inner city dance festival weekender on August 24th.

BoomTown Fair returns to Winchester’s Matterley Estate in August with a ski-lift to help people get around and a line-up including The Parov Stelar Band, Ozomatli, Toots and the Maytals, Mad Caddies, Arrested Development and Richie Spice. There will also be a 15-metre-high Lion’s Den Mayan temple and the Arcadia Spider in among the festival’s districts soundtracked by ska, swing, folk and punk.

The 20th anniversary of Sónar Barcelona in June will see the By Day part of the three-day music festival move to Fira Montjuïc, in Plaça d’Espanya. Hideout Festival, The Warehouse Project and Field Day have teamed up to offer a new event in Croatia. Unknown will take place from Tuesday, September 10th to Saturday, September 14th in Rovinj featuring live acts, band performances and DJ sets. Bespoke design projects will be interweaved with forward-thinking new music from acts such as Mercury Music prize nominees Django Django and Brit nominated Jessie Ware, young duo Disclosure, underground contemporaries Four Tet and Actress plus Innervisions idol Henrik Schwarz and Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs.
Moderat, Dave Clarke, Planetary Assault Systems and Sasha are among the 30 new acts announced for Eastern Electrics Festival at Knebworth Park in August. A twist on the A Night With… London events which sees one DJ play an eight hour set will be the first A Day With… on the first May bank holiday weekend. On Sunday, May 5th, Ellen Allien’s label BPITCH Control will take over an afternoon and night at Loft Studios in Kensal Green.

The Warehouse Project is teaming up with Manchester’s Zutekh for another Victoria Warehouse event in February. On Saturday, February 2nd, dOP, Shaun Reeves, Levon Vincent, Jackmaster and Dinky lead the line-up at the venue on Trafford Wharf Road.

The tenth Flow Festival in Helsinki has confirmed its first artists including The Knife, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Solane and Mykki Blanco. The five-day event in Finland will be held at the former power planet area of Suvilahti from Wednesday, August 7th to Sunday, August 11th.
Dance music hot property Scuba will play a live set at Kentish Town’s The Forum in London on Saturday, April 27th. Scuba has released some of the most influential and experimental music of the past few years, as well as help shape London and Berlin’s musical landscape.
Heavyweight beat-makers Clark and Daedelus will perform live at London’s Koko on Saturday, April 20th. The live electronica acts will be joined by the Hidden Orchestra, Kelpe and speacial guests for the 9pm to 3am show in Camden.
Cult 1980s electro band The Human League will headline the Saturday of Wychwood Festival in Gloucestershire. The three-day event at Cheltenham Racecourse will run from May 31st to June 2nd featuring music from The Other Tribe, John Otway, Lloyd Yates, Caravan Palace and the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain.
