Sónar+D Delegates and Sónar VIP Pass holders will be treated to food by Fina Puigdevall (Les Cols d’Olot), Albert Adrià (Hoja Santa) and Hideki Matsuhisa (Koy Shunka) during the Barcelona festival. The three Michelin star chefs will prepare a festival menu that can be tasted in the VIP Area of Sónar by Day from Thursday, June 14th to Saturday, June 16th.
Inspired by Mediterranean, Mexican and Asian food culture respectively, each chef will prepare two exclusive menus: a Menu consisting of an entree, a main dish and a dessert, and a Fast Menu with a signature sandwich.
Meanwhile, food trucks will be dishing up specialities to all guests at both Sónar by Day and Sónar by Night with more than 15 culinary options. Trucks at Sónar by Day will be Massala 73, María una crep, La Porchetta, Fileteando, Corazón de Agave, Nomo, La Rodante, Kao and Rocambolesc. By Night, enjoy Gala Urban Food, Indifood, Laufer, La Moderna, Na Madrona, Kebab on wheels, Mandonga, Warike Project, Nómadas Pizza, OnRoad and Corazón Verde.
The Networking Day at Sónar+D on Wednesday, June 13th will offer an extensive range of talks and workshops especially designed to deepen debate and promote the exchange of knowledge serving up a giant outdoor paella to all delegates at 7pm in SonarVillage. Throughout Sónar+D, bakery Baluard will offer a range of bites, artesanal pastries, gourmet sandwiches and fresh fruit juices and salads in the Networking Bar.
