Phoxjaw announced for 2000 Trees Festival

Phoxjaw will play Cheltenham rock festival 2000 Trees for the first time this year. Joining the likes of Enter Shikari, At The Drive In and The Xcerts over the weekend of Friday, July 12th to Sunday, July 14th, we spoke to the band about the booking following up on our interview back in March.

They said:”We spoke to various different people about how much we wanted to be on the line-up, we’ve been pretty busy in the last year gigging and releasing music so James the organiser may have taken note and liked what he had heard. We still aren’t 100% what exactly did it, but we are glad it happened!

“It’s huge for us, when first starting the band we all agreed it was a festival we should aim to be on, as it’s a great up and coming festival and really pushes great bands. It’s gonna be Phoxjaw, which means it’s loud, aggressive and energetic. We are gonna bringing out some of the EP favourites combined with a few new tracks people will not have heard just yet, you may hear something new from us just before festival seasons.”
