Patterns reveals fifth birthday plans in May

Jacques Greene, DJ Storm, Sicaria Sound, Friendly Fires, DJrum, Brame & Hamo, IMOGEN and Batu will play Patterns in spring. The Brighton club will also celebrate its fifth birthday in May with three shows over the early bank holiday weekend.

Patterns fifth birthday will kick off on Thursday, May 7th with student session, Midnight Funk Association. On Friday, May 8th Chimpo will present a dubplate special, then on Saturday, May 9th Leon Vynehall and Peach will play a five hour set.

Before that in April, Patterns has revealed shows including Foundations with IndiKa (Friday, 3rd), Pretty Weird label boss Barely Legal joined by IMOGEN (Saturday, 4th), RAW SILK (Saturday, 11th), Critical Music and Foundations with Voltage, Particle and Kasra (Friday, 24th) and DJrum plus Bruce (Saturday, 25th).

Ahead of the May birthday triple-header, Foundations bring Hamdi, Pavv & Hatter (Friday, 1st) then host Brame & Hamo (Saturday, 2nd). Later that month, catch two ‘The Late Escape’ parties following the city’s Great Escape (Friday, 15th and Saturday, 16th) or Coco Bryce (Friday, 22nd), Jacques Greene (Saturday, 23rd), Lenzman (Friday, 29th) and Horse Meat Disco (Saturday, 30th).

In June, shows already confirmed include Sicaria Sound (Friday, 5th), Riz La Teef (Friday, 12th), Friendly Fires (Saturday, 13th), DJ Storm (Friday 19th), Session Victim (Saturday, 20th) and Greg Wilson (Saturday, 27th).
