Winner of the Best European Festival at the UK Festival Awards, the night will feature five archways of music including the Iration Steppas, Mungo’s Hifi and Noise Control Audio.
The might Iration Steppas pride themselves as having one of the top dubwise sound systems in the world. They’ll be lending their foundation shaking subs to guests grimester Logan Sama, Deep Medi’s V.I.V.E.K, Quest, J:Kenzo, The Dubateers Ft Charlie P, Planas Ft Jila and Evergreen for a throbbing first arch. Mungo’s Hifi Sound System will be taking the roof off of Arch 2 with their own brand of reggae and dub. Playing alongside will be Ninja Tune’s The Bug & Daddy Freddy, Rebel MC aka Congo Natty featuring Nanci & Pheobe, rhythm beater Benny Page, junglist Kenny Ken, drum and bass DJ and producer Alix Perez, Spectrasoul, Octane & DLR, ANT TC1, Dub Boy and Finwa.
Meanwhile arch three will be hosted by Noise Control Audio with dubstep trio Dark Sky, the funky scene’s Lil Silva, Night Slugs signed Girl Unit, George Fitzgerald, Fantastic Mr Fox, Elphino, Marcus Nasty, Klose One and Boyson. More is still to be announced for the Outlook launch party but for those already excited by the prospect of the festival, get August 30th to September 3rd in your diary for the main event. Set against a backdrop of the Croatian region of Istria, Outlook is held on a peninsular in an abandoned fort surrounded by ocean views and featuring beach parties by day and fort raving all night.
