Outlook Festival 2019 reveals stage splits

Outlook Festival has revealed the stage splits for the final edition at the fort in Pula. Capping off 10 years from Wednesday, September 4th to Monday, September 9th, brands and friends of the festival hosting stages include Metalheadz, Swamp 81, Critical and Subdub with acts such as Chase & Status, Bugzy Malone, Goldie and Ghetts.

The Clearing will host Chase & Status who will bring their RTRN II Jungle party with guests Randall, Brockie and Det. Goldie will celebrate 25 Years of Metalheadz alongside Calibre, dBridge and ANT TC1. Aitch, Amy Becker, Kojaque and Flohio, D Double E, Ghetts, Big Zuu and Bugzy Malone will step up to the stage, while the closing party will see Flava D, My Nu Leng and Skepsis.

In the 70-foot-deep Moat, Barely Legal will play a jungle set alongside legends DJ Rap and Kenny Ken. DJ Zinc joins for a Rinse FM takeover with Slimzee and Oneman playing b2b. On Saturday. Swamp 81 will take over with Zed Bias, Addison Groove, Lamont, Klose One and a 10 years of Swamp 81 set from Loefah. SYSTEM also land with a debut takeover from The Bug & Flowdan, V.I.V.E.K and Dego Ranking.

In the Void, Sentry Records link up with Deep Dark & Dangerous for a night with Distinct Motive b2b Khiva, Truth b2b Youngsta as Shadow People, Loefah and Lost. On Friday, 1985 Music join forces with The North Quarter for sets from Alix Perez, Lenzman, Skeptical, Redeyes and Monty. Grime Originals takeover on Saturday with Devilman, President T, Riko Dan, Flirty D and Sharky Major. Sunday will see an all garage affair from For The Love of Garage with Mind of a Dragon, Matt Jam Lamont, Zed Bias, Sticky and Sammy Virji.

The Garden kicks off with Dispatch Recordings inviting Black Barrel, Nympho, Philth & Kyrist and ANT TC1 b2b DLR as the ‘Dispatch 360’ plus a special history set from Randall. Deep Medi will bring Sicaria Sound, Commodo, J Sparrow, EGOLESS and Mala to the space. DJ Finwa invites Headhunter, Youngsta, Rusko and Hatcha, then on Sunday catch Kasra’s Critical label with Foreign Concept, Halogenix, Enei and Sam Binga b2b Chimpo.

Subdub will once be powered by the Sinai sound system kicking off with Dubsplash on the opening night with Digitron, Roots In Session and Kali Fat Dub. Mungo Hi Fi’s WalknSkank take the helm on Friday, hosting The Heatwave, YT, Eva Lazarus and Gardna. Saturday is a Subdub 21st birthday celebration with Channel One, Iration Steppas and OBF & The A1 Crew hosted by Shanti D, Charlie P and Sr Wilson. The closing night sees London’s Rupture host with Paradox, Mantra, Double O, Digital and Djinn.

By day at the beach, the music starts on Wednesday with a sun-soaked marathon emcompasses grime, dubstep and garage. Thursday will see Eliza take to the stage alongside reggae singer Hollie Cook and Gentleman’s Dub Club. Children of Zeus return ahead of a sunset takeover from Metalheadz and 24hr Garage Girls will also lead a day with Shosh, Matt Jam Lamont and Zed Bias. Sunday’s final session celebrates the sounds of Spearhead Records with BCee, Hybrid Minds and LTJ Bukem.

There’s also more than 45 boat parties announced, two tunnel parties and an opening concert inside a 2000-year-old Roman amphitheatre.
