Little Dragon, Orbital, Kero Kero Bonito and Avalon Emerson are among the latest acts to be announced for Sónar Reykjavík 2019. Returning to Harpa from Thursday, April 25th to Saturday, April 27th, also confirmed are FM Belfast, Bruce b2b Árni, Caterina Barbieri, Benjamin Damage, Prins Polo and Auður.
Expanded to a three-day event, Sónar Reykjavik will introduce innovative A/V experimentation on the SónarComplex stage. Red Bull Music will returning as partners to host the SónarHall stage with Little Simz, Fatima Al Qadiri, Yves Tumor, Cherrie, GDRN, JFDR and kef LAVIK.
Resident Advisor will be back at the basement car park to host Avalon Emerson, Benjamin Damage, Objekt and Exos. Joining Hessle Audio regular Bruce for the annual Icelandic b2b session will be Árni. J-Pop inspired British pop trio Kero Kero Bonito will close the Red Bull Music stage and there will be sets from ‘one-woman orchestra’ Dj. Flugvél Og Geimskip and Iceland’s scandi-pop princess Hildur.
