More for Nozstock 2018

We Are Scientists, The Blockheads, Reginald D Hunter, Honeyfeet, Mad Dog Mcrea and Jalen N’Gonda are among the latest acts to join Nozstock The Hidden Valley’s 20th anniversary. The festival returns from Friday, July 20th to Sunday, July 22nd at Rowden Paddocks in Bromyard, Herefordshire.

Additions for The Orchard We Are Scientists, The Blockheads, Honeyfeet, Jalen N’Gonda and Mad Dog Mcrea, while The Garden will welcome Slamboree Soundsystem, Uncle Dugs, Billy ‘Daniel’ Bunter, CW Jones, Verbal Highz, Feelgood Experiment, Natty Speaks, Almatic, Revrt and Old Baby Mackerel.

In the Cubicles, Mollie Collins, Blade Runner ft Carasel and Modify Perspective join the line-up; comedy in Laughing Stock will include Reginald D Hunter, Tony Law, Paul Sweeney, Rich Wilson and Harriet Dyer.

The Bandstand adds Weirds, Kerri Watt, Johnny Smyth, Josh Ace, Boatbar to Hamburg and Von Horn; performers in Cabinet Of Lost Secrets will be Normanton Street, Seas Of Mirth, Mango Factory, Ask My Bull, Almatic, Swansea Laptop Orchestra, Collective 43, The Imaginary Hat, Razzomo and Mohawkestra.

The Altered State in the Sunken Yard will offer games, workshops and impromptu paint fights by day, then at night fire shows, disco tunes and madcap roaming performances. Elephant’s Grave returns after its debut in 2017 with takeovers from Data Transmission, Rumble In The Jungle, Subwork and Emotion to join Whartone Records and Ital Sounds.

All these acts add to Chase & Status, Goldfrapp, The Selecter, Dub Pistols, Macka B, Electric Swing, Circus, Kiko Bun, The Lovely Eggs, and DJs include Grandmaster Flash, Chali 2na & Krafty Kuts, DJ Marky & G.Q, Black Sun Empire and S.P.Y.

Nozstock is curated by the father and daughter duo of Pete and Ella, plus their huge extended family. Pete said: “I can’t quite believe we are reaching our 20 th anniversary. It’s been a crazy adventure since we started with just a handful of friends on the farm, and now look where we are! We feel we’ve got a brilliant line-up for everyone this summer, with some really special performances to look out for across all our stages, and in the nooks and crannies.
