Seasick Steve, Happy Mondays, General Levy, Ocean Wisdom, Mungo’s Hi-Fi and Beans on Toast are among the first acts confirmed for Nozstock The Hidden Valley 2017. The family-run, family-friendly music festival returns for its 19th edition from Friday, July 21st to Sunday, July 23rd in Herefordshire.
This years theme is ‘Keepin’ It Surreal’ meaning the farm will be transformed into a world of oddities and mystery curated by father and daughter Noz and Ella. Ella Nosworthy said: “It’s great to be getting our first brilliant headliners out there, and we’re very pleased how this year is taking shape. There are some huge names alongside a lot of brilliant new talent, mixing it up across live and DJ action, as well as our first announcements for theatrics too. Plus there’s plenty more to come too over the coming weeks.”
Other acts heading to Rowden Paddocks in Bromyard include Rodney P & Skitz, The Correspondents, Dabbla Illaman and DJ Frosty, Land of The Giants, Stiff Joints and Chainska Brassika. Among the DJs are Krafty Kuts & Dynamite MC, Delta Heavy, Hazard and Eksman, Loadstar, Mind Vortex, Frankee and 15 Years of Critical Records featuring Break, Ivy Lab, Kasra and Foreign Concept.
In the arts quarter there will be appearances by Phil Kaye, Jayde Adams, Velveteen Valley Cabaret, Bantam of the Opera Theatre, Spare Room Arts’ Little Wonderland, Clik Clik’s Cabinet of Lost Secrets, Mash Cinema presenting Wrong Directions and interactive street arts, walkabout, circus and crafts.
