Tangerine Dream, Rival Consoles, Aïsha Devi, Christoph De Babalon, Tapan and VARG are among the acts set to play MIRA Festival in Barcelona. The event aims to provide a platform for new creators and acclaimed artists, with this year’s edition at Fabra i Coats running from Thursday, November 8th to Saturday, November 10th.
Tangerine Dream will perform audio visual show ‘Quantum of Electronic Evolution’ for the first time in Spain against visuals from Patrick Dunno, plus a retrospective journey through past tracks, while AÏsha Devi will present a new AV show featuring visuals from Emile Barret. El Sueño De Hyparco will deconstruct their seminal album, Ambientes Hormonales, there will be Christoph De Babalon’s first Barcelona show in a decade reworking his recent reissue If You’re Into It I’m Out Of It.
New for 2018, MIRA will combines classical instruments with electronics in the 3D Sound Room by SON Estrella Galicia. Wolf Müller and Niklas Wand, Tapan, Malka Tuti and VARG will perform here.
