Midland, Nick Höppner, Spencer Parker and Shanti Celeste are among the first acts confirmed for Field Maneuvers 2017. The intimate music festival for capped to just 700 people returns for its fifth year at a secret location one hour from London for three nights in a field from Friday, September 1st to Sunday, September 3rd.
Residents Ben Sims, Ryan Elliott, Auntie Flo, Jane Fitz return joined by a selection of guests to provide a soundtrack of house, garage, disco, techno and bass. USA flavours come from Volvox, there will be a live set from 100% Silk’s retro-house explorer Octo Octa, World Unknown boss Andy Blake will spin eclectic tunes and there will be sets from Dance Tunnel and Rhythm Connection’s Dan Beaumont, disco head Nick the Record, live acid techno veteran Neil Landstumm and garage pioneer Groove Chronicles.
Also announced are Hannah Holland, Woosh, Tom Dicicco, Billy Nasty, Storm playing a Blue Note set, Phontoz & Violet, Jade Seatle, Mark Archer, Mark E, Brackles, Local Group. Local heroes will include Telfort, Cervo, Make Me (Rupes and Rubin), Field Moves, Our Mutual Friend, Nick Cobby and Iona.
Sound systems on the three stages will be run by Sound Services, Funktion-One and Glen’s Legendary Opus Rig. More acts will be announced soon.
