Mulatu Astake, Khruangbin, Huneee, Antal, Tama Sumo, Helena Hauff, Willow and Schatrax are among the final acts confirmed for Houghton 2018. Curated by Craig Richards and produced by the Gottwood Festival team, each act set to play the sold out Norfolk festival from Thursday, August 9th to Sunday, August 12th has been personally invited to play by Richards.
Mulatu Astake and Khruangbin will play the live stage while Doc Martin, Andy Blake, DJ Sotofett and Lost Souls of Saturn make their Houghton debuts. Akufen returns to Houghton in his Horror Inc guise, while Cassy, Move D, Man Power, and Binh also return. There will be a DJ set from Nick Luscombe from BBC3’s Late Junction and Flomotion Radio will also play. Red Axes and The Mole have had a DJ set added to their previously-announced live shows.
Brilliant Corners return in association with the Analogue Foundation, as does Giant Steps, while Doc Scott, Billy Nasty, Begin and Dan Beaumont complete the new additions.
