Bedrock takes over the O2 Academy Brixton this Saturday as part of its 12th Anniversary celebrations. Joining John Digweed for his final UK date of 2010 is the legendary Carl Cox, as Bedrock12 plays host to a house and techno masterclass.
4,500 clubbers will fill the Brixton venue as 25 DJs spin the tunes across four rooms of music. The main room will feature a spectacular audio and visual experience where Digweed and Cox will grace the decks while the foyer is hosted by Intec Digital with Marco Bailey, Jim Rivers, Adam Sheridan, and Jon Rundell. The Circle Bar will see Crooked vs Supatronix including Drumattic Twins, Revel, Country Cockney while VIPs can get a taste of Subculture with Grant Nichols, Sybian and more.
Carl Cox has promised clubbers he will be previewing tracks from his new album on the night, in addition to playing some Bedrock classics from over the years. He said: “I’ve got a lot of new music to play and a lot of music from my new album so I’ll be dropping some exclusives. I’ll be dipping into some of the Bedrock classics as well and showing support for John’s music and releases. So (expect) a lot of fireworks, a lot of energy, a lot of sound and a lot of performance from me!”
